Buddha's Hand Citron...

We saw these for sale at the 'Kroeger's' in Richmond yesterday, and were very intrigued, but did not purchase one. We were there for ginger with which to make Sweet Potato-Ginger soup, and of course, BEVVIES.

Holy Poop!
Val and I saw this @ Whole Foods on Saturday and we were very intrigued as well. I took a couple photos of it with my mobile just in case I couldn't explain it to someone.

To my understanding it's only used for the zest and for decoration.

Super awesome.
